SHIPPING POLICY
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based for each location. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We do not offer worldwide shipping for our artwork, please contact the gallery if you are out side of the US and would like a one of our items.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. If you have any question please contact the gallery for more details.

We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays.

All artwork will be professionally packaged to ensure its safe transport and delivery.

Once the artwork is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
RETURNS POLICY
As some of our products including prints are custom made to order according to your preferences, all of our products are final sale and non-returnable. We guarantee the quality of our products, so if your order was shipped with a defect or arrived damaged, please contact us and include photos of the issue, AND the packaging it arrived in.
All original art is final sale.
Please open all packages within 48 hour of receiving them to ensure satisfaction. After 48 hours returns will not be accepted. It is vital that you open and inspect merchandise upon arrival.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for next steps.
Return Policy: Sorry, we do not accept returns on originals.
Our standard shipping minimizes damage risks, but Artwork Insurance adds extra protection, especially for valuable pieces.
If you have any concerns about the artwork or its condition, please contact us before making a purchase. We encourage you to thoroughly review the artwork’s details and images to ensure it meets your expectations. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and positive experience when purchasing artwork from our gallery.
Again if packaging arrives visibly damaged, document it with photos and contact us promptly within the first 48 hours.

What is the difference between original fine art and a custom print reproduction?An original is a unique, one-of-a-kind painting hand-painted, drawn, or sculpted by the artist. A reproduction or fine art print is custom-made from a professional, high-quality photograph to your size and finishing specifications using archival inks and quality finishing materials. It is printed on high quality paper or canvas.

How do I select which print type is best for me?We offer a variety of printing on paper and canvas options that work best for you depending on your size selection and personal preference.

How long will it take to ship my artwork?For the smaller original artwork, please expect 1 - 6 weeks for delivery, depending on artwork size, weight, and destination. For fine art prints, please allow 1 to 10 business days for production and/or shipping. Once your order is complete, you will be emailed the shipping details to track your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?In the event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Providing photos is a must most helpful with insurance claims. We’ll work quickly to replace your order.

Does my artwork arrive ready to hang on the wall?Yes - all artwork will arrive wired or with the appropriate installation hardware, depending on the artist’s preference for how the work should be mounted

I would like to request a commission. What do I do?No problem! Simply fill out the contact form on the site to start the conversation. We’ll need to see the photo and know your shipping location. Then we work with the artist to get you the artwork you have in mind!

Do you provide framing for a piece that is unframed?While we do not provide any additional custom framing services for pieces that are unframed, we can offer them in the ready-made.

Will the color of artwork look the same as it appears on my screen?There are subtle variations between monitors, screen resolution, brightness and lighting which can affect the appearance of the artwork. While we pay careful attention to accurately represent color you may see a slight difference from screen to print. Please remember ALL the work is bright white on a black matte background.

What does “gallery wrapped” mean?Gallery wrapping is a method of stretching canvas so that it wraps around the sides of stretcher bars and is secured to the back of the wooden frame. Artwork that is gallery wrapped can hang without a frame.

What is a floater frame?A floater frame is a style of frame where the art is mounted from behind making it appear as if it is not touching or “floating” within the frame. It’s only offered for works on gallery-wrapped canvas and is usually deeper than a traditional frame, as it has to cover the stretcher bars to which the artwork is mounted.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
